After selling our share of Clearview Constructions, my wife (Jeannette Hodson) and I established C.H. with the aim of working from our home base in Neerim South, offering a Building Construction Service. During 2001 I have prepared measured Bills of Quantities, Cost Budgets for proposed Projects and Construction Management for some minor works such as a Clock Tower at Narre Warren for John Mason Project Management. Over the next five years, I prepared many Bills of Quantities for Tendering for Bowmore Building Services Pty. Ltd. tendering to builders like ADCO, APM, Burns Bridge, Contract Control, Galvan, Onbuild, Merk, Prichard, Rahan, Mackie & Staff, Hacer and Hubay. Prior to this date I experienced a thirty year career in the Building Industry that encompassed all aspects of the Industry; for further information regarding this period I can provide a separate document on request.
